Notice: The laws change from State to State however in some states, the defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder.
Additional Terms: Only cash accepted for payment on winning units. Units must be cleaned out in a 48 hour time frame, Access is during office hours only, no gate codes will be given out for before or after hour access. Units must be emptied and cleaned out completely to receive the $100.00 deposit back.
