Notice: The laws change from State to State however in some states, the defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder.
Additional Terms: *48 hours to empty and vacate the unit from the date and time of sale. *Must come to the property with picture ID and receipt of winning bid. *Balance must be paid by credit card. *$50.00 refundable cleaning deposit is required prior to entry and will be returned to bidder once property manager inspects the unit as vacated and cleaned. *On site Dumpster usage is not permitted. You must haul away all items in unit. * No smoking or pets allowed on property * The defaulted tenant has the right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the payment is received from the winning bidder. * All personal documents must be returned.
