Winning Bidder has 48 hours to clear out the unit. Access hours Monday-Friday 9:30am-6:00pm Saturday - Sunday 9:00am-4:00pm. Deposit required will be returned upon returning the unit cleaned and clear.

Notice: The laws change from State to State however in some states, the defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder.
Additional Terms: Valid ID of winning buyer is required. $100 cash deposit is required. The $100 cash deposit will be returned after unit is verified to be cleared of all items and swept clean. Winning Bidder has 48 hours to clear out the unit. Access hours Monday-Friday 9:30am-6:00pm Saturday - Sunday 9:00am-4:00pm. Winning auction buyers MUST make contact with the facility manager to make arrangements for payment and pick up of won auction within 24 hours.
