This unit is so full that we were unable to open the door for fear that the items would come falling out. What you can see from the pictures is wall hangings, tools and miscellaneous household items.

Notice: The laws change from State to State however in some states, the defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder.
Additional Terms: Payment to the facility and the $100 cleaning deposit must be in cash. Clean out time is 48 hours from the time the auction sale is final. Unit must be completely empty and swept out for refund of deposit. There is NO dumpster on the property. Please call the facility manager upon end of auction to schedule a clean out time.
