Notice: The laws change from State to State however in some states, the defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder.
Additional Terms: Pay in cash. Cleanout within 48 hours and unit must be cleaned. Deposits may be vary depending on the size of the unit(s) min. $50, No use of dumpster. No smoking/pet on premises. Gate access 9:00 a.m.~4:00 p.m. only. Must sign the "All Storage Auction rule. Show valid ID and receipt.
