Notice: The laws change from State to State however in some states, the defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder.
Additional Terms: Unit must be paid for before entering unit, buyer must be able to pay in CASH during normal business hours M-F 9-1pm. Saturday 8-11Am., in office and must provide cleaning deposit in CASH ,make sure have correct change which is refundable once unit is cleaned Completely out. EVERYTHING must be CLEANED Out. Unit must be clean before deposit will be returned. Must provide own lock and drivers license and proof of purchase of unit with code.. Units are sold as is.
