Notice: The laws change from State to State however in some states, the defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder.
Additional Terms: Auction winner has 48 hours to clear out unit after paying for the auction. Winner must show valid ID or state issued driver's license or passport at time of pickup. Auction winner is to pay a $100 refundable cleaning deposit. No trash disposal is offered onsite, all auction items must be removed and disposed of within 48 hours by auction winner for cleaning deposit to be returned.
