Notice: The laws change from State to State however in some states, the defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder.
Additional Terms: VERY IMPORTANT - READ BEFORE YOU BID: -Contact the facility immediately when the auction ends to arrange payment for and pick up of the unit contents -You will not be allowed to enter the storage unit or touch any items prior to bidding -StorageAuction.net has final say on all issues including whether to refuse a bid if a bidder has disrupted an auction or violated our Terms of Use PAYMENT AND TERMS: -Buyers must be at least 18 years old to bid -You must have a Paid Invoice in order to pick up unit contents -If you have an Unpaid Invoice, please update your credit card in your account and click Pay Now to generate a Paid Invoice -You must provide a valid Photo I.D. to the Site Manager -A refundable cleaning deposit may also be charged -Sales tax will be charged at the facility's office at the time of purchase unless a copy of a resale license is provided.-Immediate payment is required prior to gaining access to the unit -Sales are final and bids are for the entire unit -You must bring your own lock to secure the unit PICK UP AND DISPOSAL: -You must remove all contents and broom sweep the unit within the required clean-out time -You are not allowed to use the on-site dumpsters -If you would like to rent the unit after the auction, the manager can assist you -Smoking is prohibited on the property -Please advise the manager once you have completely emptied the unit. The manager will inspect that the unit is clean and then refund your cleaning deposit -Do not park in customer parking -No pets allowed at the facility -Respect the property, managers, tenants, and other buyers at all times.
