Notice: The laws change from State to State however in some states, the defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder.
Additional Terms: Payment must be submitted, and cleared before access to the vault is granted. The successful bidder is required to collect the items within 14 days of winning; failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of their winning to the next highest bidder. It is imperative that all items and materials within the vault be removed on the day of retrieval; otherwise, the winner will incur disposal fees.No personal checks are accepted, only cashier's checks.
