Notice: The laws change from State to State however in some states, the defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder.
Additional Terms: **NOTICE - Defaulted tenant has legal right to cure account, thus cancelling the auction, up until cash payment is received from the winning bidder.** Buyers must be 18 years old to bid and pay winning bid. Winning bidder must pay within 48 hours in person. Cash or money order only. $200 deposit. If paying with money order, deposit must be on a separate money order. Unit must be cleaned out within 72 hours after payment. Deposit will be returned after unit is cleaned out. If unit is not cleaned out after 72 hours, unit will be considered abandoned and deposit will be kept by the storage facility. Must have a paid confirmation and valid photo ID to pick up contents of unit. All sales are final, all sales are AS IS for the entire content of unit, unless otherwise specified. Items containing personal information found with in unit must be returned to the office upon clean-out of the unit. No dumping, No pets allowed. All auction unit(s) are subject to cancellation by the storage facility.
