Notice: The laws change from State to State however in some states, the defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder.
Additional Terms: VERY IMPORTANT READ BEFORE YOU BID: Contact the facility immediately when auction ends to arrange payment for and pick up of the unit contents. Buyers must be at least 18 years old to bid. You must have a Paid Invoice in order to pick up unit contents. You must provide a valid Photo I.D. to the Site Manager. A refundable cleaning deposit will be charged. Sales are final and bids are for the entire unit. You must bring your own lock to secure the unit PICK UP AND DISPOSAL: You must remove all contents and broom sweep the unit within the required clean-out time. You are not allowed to use the on-site dumpsters . Smoking is prohibited on the property. Please advise the manager once you have completely emptied the unit. The manager will inspect that the unit is clean and then refund your cleaning deposit. No pets allowed at facility.
