Notice: The laws change from State to State however in some states, the defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder.
Additional Terms: All winning bid must paid with 24 hours IN CASH ONLY and units must be be cleaned out in 48 hours of sale close. Cleaning deposit required $100.00 per unit, UNIT MUST BE BROOM SWEPT in order to get cleaning deposit returned. Hours are 8:30am to 4:30 pm to pay for Unit. You will need your receipt from the Auction to have access to the unit you have purchased. NO ONSITE DUMPSTER use allowed, IF MORE THEN ONE UNIT IS PURCHASED NO DEPOSITS WILL BE RETURNED UNTIL ALL UNITS HAVE BEEN CLEANED OUT AND SWEPT.
