Additional Terms: 72 Hour clean out. No dumpster available. $300. clean fee. Unit is forfeited after 72 hours of no clean out. No refunds . U-Haul requests that all items of a personal nature be boxed at the time of removal from the unit with the unit number on the box (photos, home movies, personal papers/records) and returned to the office. U-Haul also request that all items marked or identified as U-Haul equipment be returned to the office when unit is emptied. Everything must be removed from unit within 72 hrs failure to do so will result in denied access to Uhaul Auctions in the furture.
