READ BEFORE YOU BID: Additional Terms: 1. The facility, California Mini Storage, reserves the right to deny service to anyone at any time for any reason. Although Auctions are public, the participation of all public members is NOT guaranteed. Buyers must be at least 18 years old to bid 2. All sales are final, No refunds, No exchanges, and No credit will be given. Bids are for the entire contents of the unit. 3. All units are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS". California Mini Storage and its Agents make no guarantees on the contents of the units. Legal advertisements in newspapers may not be 100% accurate on the exact description of the contents within the units. Do not speculate or make assumptions on the contents of the unit. Federal laws prohibit the sale of alcohol, tobacco, firearms, explosives and controlled substances, these items must be surrendered to the storage company which will then be handed over to the proper authorities. 4. CASH ONLY payment must be made on behalf of the awarded winning bid, along with Sales tax (If you have a resale license, bring a copy and present before payment). All units must be paid for no later than 24hrs from the day the winning bid is accepted. The winning bidder must present valid identification in person to pay and arrange or personally clear out the unit's contents. Immediate payment is required prior to gaining access to the unit. You must bring your own lock to secure the unit. 5. A $100.00 minimum refundable cleaning deposit is required for each unit, CASH ONLY (Cleaning deposit will be $200+ for larger units). Unit must be completely emptied and broom swept within the required clean-out time or deposit will be forfeited. Dumpsters at the facility CANNOT be used for trash. All items within the unit must be removed from the premises within 24-48 hours of the winning bid (72 hours allowed for larger units only.) 6. Any personal items found in storage units (birth certificates, tax records, pictures, yearbooks, checking account information, etc.) must be returned to the storage company. 7. The bidder is responsible for anyone who is acting on their behalf in any capacity and must indemnify the storage facility, its owner, managers, agents, and employees for any action that may be taken and waives any claims against the storage facility. This waiver and responsibility also includes any damage to personal property, property damage to the self-storage facility, its representatives, employees, occupants and customers. 8. The storage company is not responsible for losses due to fire, theft, vandalism, mysterious disappearances or any other events. The bidder must provide insurance for losses incurred before, during and after the sale. 9. Bidder agrees, understands and abides by all rules and regulations posted by California Mini Storage and can only access the unit during posted facility hours: Sun - Sat from 9am to 5pm. 10. If you find any of these terms are unacceptable, please do not participate in the sale.
