Notice: The laws change from State to State however in some states, the defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder.
Additional Terms: Contact the facility immediately at (951-273-0094) when the auction ends to arrange payment for and pick up of the unit contents. Buyers must be at least 18 years old to bid. You must provide a valid Photo I.D. to the Site Manager. Immediate payment is required prior to gaining access to the unit. Sales are final and bids are for the entire unit (unless otherwise noted). A refundable $200 cash cleaning deposit will be required. A valid credit card may be required in addition to the cash deposit to ensure the unit is completely emptied. Smoking is prohibited on property. No pets allowed at the facility. You must bring your own lock to secure the unit. You must remove all contents and broom sweep the unit within 48 HOURS of payment. Any personal items found are to be delivered to the office to be returned to the previous tenant. Personal items are considered: family photographs, birth or marriage certificates, tax documents, cremation ashes, etc. Any damage caused by the buyer or buyers associates while on property is the buyer's responsibility. The buyer is responsible for the cost of replacement or any repairs. Vehicles are not sold as part of the auction. Anything unseen, or unknown, discovered in the unit with a VIN is not part of the auction. No title is obtained or will be turned over to the winning buyer. Anything that is sold is considered as parts. Federal law prohibits the sale of alcohol, tobacco, firearms, explosives, and controlled substances. These items must be surrendered to local law enforcement. The buyer can then claim, if legally allowed, from law enforcement at their discretion. You are not allowed to use the on-site dumpsters. If you would like to rent the unit after the auction, the manager can assist you. Please conduct all business pertaining to purchased goods off site. No sales are to take place on the property. Anything being sold needs to be processed off site. No online listings may be made with the property name, address, phone number, images, or likeness. Please advise the manager once you have completely emptied the unit. The manager will inspect that the unit is clean and then refund your cleaning deposit.
