Auction Description
Three (3) vaults from a single debtor are being offered and will be sold as one (1) combined lot. Contents are described as household goods, furniture, appliances, estate items, and miscellaneous/unknown items.

Notice: The laws change from State to State however in some states, the defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder.
Additional Terms: Immediately upon conclusion of the auction, the winning bidder must contact the facility at (503) 753-6478 to arrange removal. A $100 refundable cleaning deposit will be required to ensure complete removal of all contents. This deposit will be refunded once the vaults are emptied in accordance with facility guidelines. There are no disposal services on site. Vaults can be included in the sale as a means to ship or transport.
