Things seen from the doorway: wood, compound bow, yellow helmet, office chair, pink Razor scooter, Whirlpool Estate dryer (looks like there's another appliance further into the unit: a washer?), beverage taps or dispenser, military green metal ammo box, combination lock, water bottles, mugs, steins, cups, pair of black boots, Sensodyne toothpaste, bench top drill press (Sears-Craftsman?), solar power bank(?), bicycle frame & wheels, black and white dresser, car spoiler, record turntable, metal shelf, green military? helmet, framed mirror, rolling bin; various bags, bins, boxes, and totes; portable cooler, white 3 ring binders, Halloween black cat broom, and more!

Notice: The laws change from State to State however in some states, the defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder.
Additional Terms: **Tenants bidding on their own unit do not alleviate their debt obligation and will still owe the full balance due on the unit.** 1. Auction units must be paid in Cash Only at the facility where the unit is located. 2. Cleaning Deposit paid in Cash and only returned after approved inspection of unit. 3. Auction Buyer needs to fill out facility buyer's agreement. 4. Auction buyer must show ID or have letter stating buyer's representative name and they must show ID to gain access to unit. 5. Auction Buyers must contact the storage facility office where the unit is located within 2 business days after the auction ends. 6. Buyer must clean unit out during office hours only. No gate access code will be given out. 7. Contact facility immediately when auction ends, to make arrangements to pay for and pick up the unit. 8. You must have a Paid Invoice in order to pick up unit. 9. You must be 18 years old to bid. 10. You must provide a valid photo I.D. to the Site Manager. 11. You must bring your own lock to secure the unit. 12. You will not be allowed to enter the storage unit or touch any items prior to bidding. 13. Sales are final and bids are for the entire unit. 14. The Auctioneer has final say on all issues, including whether to refuse a bid if a bidder has disrupted an auction or violated any rules. 15. Immediate cash payment is required when you purchase a unit. 16. You have 3 business days after the auction ends to remove the contents entirely and broom sweep the unit. 17. A $100 refundable cleaning deposit is also charged on every unit you buy. 18. You must remove all of the contents and trash from the unit and facility grounds. 19. You are not allowed to use the dumpsters on the facility property. 20. Please advise the manager once you have completely emptied the unit. The manager will inspect that the unit is clean and then refund your cleaning deposit. 21. Smoking is prohibited on storage facility properties. 22. No Pets allowed at facility. 23. Respect the Property, Managers, Tenants and other Buyers at all times.
