Notice: The laws change from State to State however in some states, the defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder.
Additional Terms: 2 Hour clean out. No dumpster available. $100.00 clean fee. UNIT MUST BE CLAIMED BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 7AM TO 4PM. MUST SPEAK TO MANAGER OF LOCATION. Unit must be paid in full prior to gaining access to the unit. Unit is forfeited after 72 hours of no clean out. Everything must be removed from unit within 72 hrs; failure to do so will result in denied access to future auctions. If additional time is needed, please contact the storage facility to make potential arrangements. No refunds!
