Auction winner has 48 hours to clear out unit after paying for the auction. Winner must show valid ID or state issued driver's license or passport at time of pickup. Auction winner is to pay a $100 refundable cleaning deposit. No trash disposal is offered onsite, all auction items must be removed and disposed of within 48 hours by auction winner for cleaning deposit to be returned. Auction Buyer Purchase Receipt required to be completed at time of payment.
