Notice: The laws change from State to State however in some states, the defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder.
Additional Terms: NOTICE TO BUYERS & BIDDERS: Upon winning a storage space, you must contact the office immediately at 402-873-7105. You need to arrange payment via credit card (Visa/MC/Amex). Buyer must remove all property from the storage space. If all items are not removed from the space as specified by Clean Out time, the buyer forfeits the $100 cleaning deposit. K4 Storage also reserves the right to charge any cleaning and disposal fees above the $100 deposit. Any remaining property left in the storage space after the above date will become the property of K4 Storage. K4 Storage reserves the right to cancel any auction if the bids are deemed unreasonable. Bidders must be at least 18 years old. Landlords, officers, members, partners and employees shall not be liable whatsoever to any extent to Buyer or Buyer's invitees, family or others for any personal injury or death arising from Buyer's use of the storage space or premises from any cause whatsoever including, but not limited to, the active or passive acts or omissions or negligence of Landlord, or respective agents, officers, or employees. If you are a current tenant at K4 Storage, and your account has a past due balance, your $100 cleaning deposit may be applied to your past due balance.
