Auction winner has 48 hours to clear out unit after paying for the auction. Winner must show valid ID or state issued driver's license or passport prior to pickup. Auction winner is to pay a $100 refundable cleaning deposit. No trash disposal is offered onsite, all auction items must be removed and disposed of within 48 hours by auction winner for cleaning deposit to be returned. Auction Buyer Purchase Receipt required to be completed at time of payment. Photo of clean unit has to be texted to 866-976-1951 for deposit to be released within 48 hours of auction.
