Additional Terms: Refundable Cleaning fee is due upon winning the auction of $120. The winning bidder has 48 hours to clean out the unit fully. Note that the cleaning fee is only refundable if the unit is properly cleaned within 48 hours. If ANY trash is dumped on Blue Barn Storage’s property the cleaning fee will not be refunded and criminal charges will follow.
