Notice: The laws change from State to State however in some states, the defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder.
Additional Terms: The winning bidder has 24 hours to remove and clean the unit completely. You are paying an additional $100.00 deposit clean up fee, once the unit is cleaned you will receive your $100.00 back. No unwanted items are to be left along the curb/roadway for garbage pickup. Everything must be removed from the premises.
