Notice: The laws change from State to State however in some states, the defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder.
Additional Terms: Winning Bid has 24 hours to pay for unit either in person or over phone with credit/debit card at 260-356-1150 during office hours. Once paid, you have 72 hours to vacate unit and clean for a $50 cleaning deposit refund. The $50 deposit is paid at time of paying for unit. A refund can be obtained same day as removal upon inspection.
