Notice: The laws change from State to State however in some states, the defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder.
Additional Terms: Auction begins AT Noon April 17th, unit must be paid in full before 3pm April 24th. If you have purchased a large unit please feel free to rent the unit for 30 days or as long as it takes to remove your purchase.
