    This resale shop has been abandoned for about one year and the owner of the strip center has had no communications with the past tenant and is doing an abandoned property auction and it’s being sold as a single lot. There’s a 15% buyers premium and it’s a cash sale. This pre-bid will close at the time the live auction.
    If the online participant ends up being the winner at the live event then the auctioneer will notify them via email and a 10% deposit will be charged to the credit card. They will have 24 hours or will need to make arrangements with Auctioneers to pay balance of the bid price along with the additional 5% of the buyers premium.
