Items will be sold individually, by room, lot or entire property at the discretion of the auctioneer on the day of the auction.

Winning bidder must take items won. If sold by the room, shelf or section, everything within that area must be taken. A cleaning deposit may be required when sold by room or entire property.

Items must be removed on the day of the sale. Arrangements must be made IN ADVANCE if additional time is required.
