*Must come to the property office with picture ID and receipt of winning bid to have access to the unit.

*$100.00 refundable cleaning deposit is required prior to entry and will be returned to bidder once property manager inspects the unit as vacated and cleaned.

*Any protected property must be returned to the office and will not be included in the sale and not limited to, legal documents, personal papers, computers, guns, weapons, drugs, alcohol, registered vehicles, off/on road motor bikes
