Winning bidder must pay in full and complete all required documents before picking up the unit.

A $100 cleaning deposit is required. This deposit is refundable only if the unit is fully emptied and broom-swept within 48 hours of the sale time.

If the unit is not completely cleared within 48 hours, all remaining contents will revert back to Storage Ownership and will be discarded. The cleaning deposit will not be refunded.

Card payments only. No cash is accepted for auction units.

Buyer must sign a payment authorization form and provide valid government-issued identification prior to release of the unit.
