In accordance with the provisions of the Massachusetts Uniform Commercial Code, Section 7-210, Enforcement of Warehouseman's Lien and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in storage contracts and leases between Mullen's Minis, Inc., Mullen Bros, Inc. and the persons hereinafter named for breach of conditions in said contract contained and/or by virtue of the right granted by statute and all other rights hereto enabling, for the purpose of satisfaction of the lien of Mullen's Minis, Inc. or Mullen Bros., Inc., for storage thereof will be sold at pubic auction April 23, 2014 at 10:30am at 50 Downing Two, Pittsfield, MA, all and singular household furniture, trunks, books, bric-a-brac, etc. of Gail Flannigan-Rufer, Joan Carter, Brian O'Herin, Jamie Remillard, Tony Bona, Carrie Daury, Donnell Moye, Kelly Heller, Jamie & Amber Kelly, Yasmine Kfoury, Scott Corbosiero, Marion McLaughlin, James Cudd, Charles Crosby, ERAM Holding, and William Goff. Bidders are required to post a $1,000 certified check payable to Mullen Bros.,InC. as a storage unit clean out guarantee prior to auction. 04/07/14 & 04/15/14
