Self-Storage Facility units will be sold to the highest bidder. All Sales are Cash Only. It is the responsibility of the buyer to lock the unit once it has been sold. Buyers will have 24 hours to clean out the units, if you are unable to clean the unit out within the 24 hours you will need to rent the unit for a minimum of one month or you lose the unit. On all vehicles sold there is a redemption period of 10 days (not including date of sale) before the buyer can take possession.

Buyer is required to leave all personal documents, photos in the unit or return to the office.

It is a great idea to call facility prior to driving to make sure that the auction is still on and to show up early. Remember cleaning deposits. Removal is usually 24 hours, but final terms will be given at time of live sale.
