Purchases must be paid for at the time of purchase in cash only. All purchased items sold as is, where is, and must be removed at the time of sale. *Please note: only the personal belongings contents of the unit are being sold, where all business/personal sensitive information documents, hard drives, etc., are not included in the sale and must be left behind. This may require labor for you to separate items from the file cabinets, desks, etc., and you agree to this. We reserve the right to supervise. Sale is subject to cancellation in the event of settlement between owner and obligated party.
