Notice: The laws change from State to State however in some states, the defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder.
Additional Terms: Winning Bid will need to contact Gateway Storage Units on December 1 between 8 am - 6 pm by calling 801-773-3179 or by coming into our office located at 1821 S Bluff Ridge Dr. Syracuse, UT 84075. All winning bids with $50 Security Deposit will need to be paid on December 1, 2020. By bidding on this unit you agree to have the unit clean and ready to rent by 6pm on December 3, 2020 OR a month to month lease signed for the storage unit by 6pm on December 3, 2020. Any goods left in a storage unit on said date and time, that does not have a contract signed, will be considered abandoned, and will be disposed of accordingly, at which point your security deposit will be forfeited in its entirety. If you clean out the unit, by said date and time, you will receive back your entire security deposit as a payment of cash to be picked up in the office or check to be mailed to an address you provide. If you choose to sign a renters contract, your security deposit will go towards your balance due, anything left over will be refunded to you as outlined in the renters contract.
