Notice: The laws change from State to State however in some states, the defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder.
Additional Terms: The winning bidder has 24 hours to come to the facility and pay in full in cash. The winning bidder has 72 hours to pick up all items from the facility and clean out the storage unit. The winning bidder will contact our office to set up a time during our office hours to pick up all items. The winning bidder must remove all items from the facility, there is NO access to the dumpster.
