Auction Description
Unit contents include boxes, storage totes, clothing, shoes, handbags, household items, dishes, bedding, electronics, a table, a printer, and a leaf blower (used for blowing leaves and cleaning the yard), along with other miscellaneous merchandise.
Cash payment only. A $100 cash cleaning deposit is required. The winning bidder must contact Evelyn Trujillo or Ulises Herrera to schedule a pickup appointment.

Notice: The laws change from State to State however in some states, the defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder.
Additional Terms: The unit must be completely emptied within 48 hours. The cleaning deposit will be forfeited if the unit is not completely cleaned out.
