Notice: The laws change from State to State however in some states, the defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder.
Additional Terms: Sold As-Is, Where-Is. All sales are final and no refunds will be issued. Payment must be made in full within 24 hours of the auction ending. The unit must be paid in full before entering the property. Must be paid using Zelle. The unit must be completely cleaned out and swept clean within 72 hours of the auction ending. Cleaning deposit will be refunded after we verify unit has been cleaned out. All contents of the unit are owned by Premont Self Storage LLC and are being sold pursuant to the auction terms.
