All items must be removed within 48 hours of auction close. No returns, no refunds. Winning bidder is responsible for full cleanout — unit must be left broom clean. Payment due within 24 hours of auction close. Cash or approved payment method only. Winning bidder must present valid photo ID at time of pickup.
