Visible contents include two TVs, a lightweight steel canopy tent, hunting apparel, shelving, furniture, large picture frames, folding tables/chairs, bedding and linens, buckets, storage containers, and numerous totes and boxes with additional contents.
There are several boxes and items toward the back of the unit that are not fully visible, so additional miscellaneous items may be included.

Notice: The laws change from State to State however in some states, the defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder.
Additional Terms: Would like the storage unit cleared out and swept ASAP within 24 hours. All contents sold as-is, where-is. No guarantees are made regarding condition, completeness, or functionality. Buyer is responsible for removing all contents and leaving the unit clean within the required timeframe.
