Notice: The laws change from State to State however in some states, the defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder.
Additional Terms: A&A STOR-INNS TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ON-LINE AUCTIONS ??? A&A Stor-Inns reserves the right to make determinations on all issues regarding their on-line auctions, including the refusal of any bid, cancelation of any auction, and charging cleaning and disposal fees above the required deposit when warranted. ??? The defaulted tenant may settle their account, thus canceling the auction, up until confirmed payment is received from the successful bidder. ??? All bidders must be 18 years old. ??? Bids on their own unit(s) from delinquent tenants will not be accepted. ??? There will be no opportunity for access to view the storage unit(s) prior to on-line bidding. ??? The total contents of each auctioned storage unit(s) will be sold in BULK. The entire contents (except personal items) and trash must be removed from the unit(s) and storage facility grounds. All sales are final. ??? Personal items (family photos, financial records, legal documents, medications, etc.) should be boxed and left inside the emptied unit(s) and the door closed and latched. ??? Successful bidders must contact A&A Stor-Inns by telephone, text, or email within 24 hours after the auction ends. ??? Successful bids and the cleaning deposit ($50) for each purchased unit must be prepaid by cash, money order, or cleared credit card transaction before access to the purchased storage unit(s) will be permitted. In the event that the successful bidder does not cover their bid, the $50 cleaning deposit and the purchased/stored property will be forfeit to A&A Stor-Inns. Whether, and under what terms the successful bidder will be allowed to obtain adequate cash to cover their bid and claim the auctioned property will be entirely at the discretion of A&A Stor-Inns. ??? The cleaning deposit will be returned after inspection of the auctioned unit(s) confirms that the unit(s) has been completely emptied. Advise the manager once you have completely emptied the unit(s) and the unit(s) will be inspected. ??? ??? Successful bidders will have 3 days to remove all property from the purchased storage unit(s) or enter into a monthly rental contract for the unit(s), payable in advance on the first day of each monthly rental period, as specified in the A&A Stor-Inns Rental Agreement. If the purchased property is not removed from the auctioned unit(s) within the specified clean-out time the $50 cleaning deposit and the remaining property will be forfeit to A&A Stor-Inns to dispose at their sole discretion. ??? Auctioned property may be removed from the storage unit(s) from 07:00 AM to 05:00 PM only ??? 7 days a week. Successful bidders must make arrangements to meet with management at the storage facility to access the unit(s). The cleaning deposit and bid amount will be collected at the facility meeting prior to permitting access to the purchased storage unit. ??? Successful bidders must provide a valid photo ID or other information confirming that they are the valid on-line bidder before access to the auctioned storage unit(s) will be permitted. ??? Successful bidders must provide their own lock(s) to secure the purchased unit(s) during the clean-out period.
