This unit has only been visually inspected from the entrance to the unit. No items were touched, opened or moved. Upon inspection of the unit it appears to contain a few household and Christmas items in fair to good condition. numerous Studio 56 Christmas houses in boxes packed neatly. A nice Schwinn ladies bicycle is visible along with wooden chairs, a couple of kids bicycles, a double stroller, backpack with child carrier, misc tools and wooden file cabinet. Some items are not viewable due to location in the unit (behind mattress).
All items are sold "as is with no representations or warranties.

ADDITIONAL TERMS: PAYMENT: After winning your bid please contact our office immediately by texting or calling 541-389-8794.. The office manager will collect payment via a credit card and will provide the unlock code for the unit. Payment accepted by Visa or Mastercard only. No personal checks, cash or money orders. CLEANING DEPOSIT: We require unit to be cleaned out within 48 hours. There is a $100 cleaning deposit to be paid up front with a credit card and to be returned to you (via a refund to your credit card) after unit is cleaned out. If unit can not be cleaned out within the 48 hour time frame, the winning bidder can rent the unit space if winning bidder is not currently delinquent with Prineville Self Storage. All units must be left “broom” clean with all items removed no later than the deadline stated above. There is no dumpster on the property. Failure of buyer to abide by this or any other sale term will result in denial of future bidding rights and forfeit of clean-out deposit. SECURING THE UNIT AFTER THE AUCTION: The winning bidder must immediately put their lock on the unit. The facility is not responsible for items taken from the unit after a sale. VIDEO SURVEILLANCE: Prineville Self Storage has video surveillance and if it is determined that any trash from this purchase of this unit is left on the property, the cleaning deposit will be forfeited. FACILITY HOURS: The facility is controlled with an automatic gate that is open from 7:00am - 7:00pm. Anyone found inside the facility after 7:00pm will be considered trespassing and the police will be contacted. Please make sure you are out of the facility prior to 7:00pm.
