This unit has only been visually inspected without moving or disturbing items in the unit. Upon inspection of the unit it appears to contain a number of household and Christmas items in fair to good condition. Items that can be seen from the front of the unit include: push lawn mower, portable heater, steam rug cleaner, credenza and mirror. hutch/cabinet and mirror, Christmas decorations, and misc household boxes. The condition of the items mentioned can not be verified. Many items are either unlisted or not visable.

Some items are not viewable due to location in the unit (behind mattress).

A determination of the number of tubs and contents is unknown. Because the tubs are stacked meticulously and tightly, much of the contents of the unit can not bee seen or inspected.
