Notice: The laws change from State to State however in some states, the defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder.
Additional Terms: ADDITIONAL TERMS: After winning your bid please contact our manager immediately at 541-382-5200 to schedule a time to meet with you at the site to collect payment. We require unit to be cleaned out within 48 hours. There is a $100 cleaning deposit to be paid up front and to be returned to you after unit is cleaned out. If unit can not be cleaned out within the 48 hour time frame winning bidder can rent the unit space.
