Notice: The laws change from State to State however in some states, the defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder.
Additional Terms: NOTICE TO BUYERS & BIDDERS: Upon winning a storage space, you must contact the office immediately at 402-.571-5714. You need to arrange payment via cash only. Access hours are Tuesday 3/24 from 9am - 4pm and Wednesday 3/25 from 9am - 4pm. Buyer must remove all property from the storage space and sweep it out. No dumpster privileges. If all items are not removed from the space on the agreed date, the buyer forfeits the $75.00 cleaning deposit. 90th & Maple Self Storage also reserves the right to charge any cleaning and disposal fees above the $75.00 deposit. Any remaining property left in the storage space after the above date will become the property of 90th & Maple Self Storage. It is the Buyer's responsibility to immediately return any personal and military items they find in the storage space. Items include family photos, financial records, legal documents, etc. Any military items must be returned to the office to be picked up by the local National Guard. 90th & Maple Self Storage reserves the right to cancel any auction if the bids are deemed unreasonable. Bidders must be at least 18 years old. Landlords, officers, members, partners and employees shall not be liable whatsoever to any extent to Buyer or Buyer's invitees, family or others for any personal injury or death arising from Buyer's use of the storage space or premises from any cause whatsoever including, but not limited to, the active or passive acts or omissions or negligence of Landlord, or respective agents, officers, or employees. If you are a current tenant at 90th & Maple Self Storage, and your account has a past due balance, or this was your unit, the $75.00 cleaning deposit may be applied to your past due balance.
