Notice: The laws change from State to State however in some states, the defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder.
Additional Terms: 72 Hour clean out. No dumpster available. $100.00 clean fee. Unit is forfeited after 72 hours of no clean out. No refunds . U-Haul requests that all items of a personal nature be boxed at the time of removal from the unit with the unit number on the box (photos, home movies, personal papers/records) and returned to the office. U-Haul also request that all items marked or identified as U-Haul equipment be returned to the office when unit is emptied. Everything must be removed from unit within 72 hours otherwise you forfeit unit with No Refund. Failure to remove eveything from unit will result in denied access to Uhaul Auctions in the furture.
