Cleaning Deposit: $100
Clean-out Time: 72 hours from the close of the auction.
After winning the auction, contact me to schedule a time to meet so I can unlock the unit and collect payment.

Notice: The laws change from State to State however in some states, the defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder.
Additional Terms: "As-Is" Sale: All items are sold as-is, where-is. No warranties or guarantees are provided regarding the condition or functionality of the contents. Complete Removal: The winning bidder is responsible for removing all contents within the unit. The unit must be left "broom clean" to receive the cleaning deposit refund. Prohibited Items: Per state law, any personal photos, legal documents, or tax records found in the unit should be returned to the facility manager. Payment: Payment for the unit must be made online or in-person immediately following the auction close.
