Notice: The laws change from State to State however in some states, the defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder.
Additional Terms: Payment Deadline: The winning bidder must pay the full balance in cash (or accepted credit cards, if applicable) within 24 hours of the auction's close. Failure to pay within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the unit and a permanent ban from future auctions. Clean-Out Timeframe: Buyers are granted 48 hours from the time of payment to completely empty the unit. If more time is required, arrangements must be made with management, and additional storage fees may apply. "Clean Sweep" Policy: Units are sold "as-is, where-is." The winning bidder must remove all contents from the unit. The unit must be left broom-clean. Buyers are strictly prohibited from using the facility’s dumpsters or trash cans to discard unwanted items. Cleaning Deposit: A refundable cash cleaning deposit $100 is required at the time of payment. This deposit will be returned in full once facility management inspects the unit and verifies it is completely empty and clean.
