Notice: The laws change from State to State however in some states, the defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder.
Additional Terms: All storage units are sold “as is” and “where is” with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied regarding the contents or condition of the unit. Winning bidders must contact the Leasing Office within 24 hours of auction close. Payment and a cleaning deposit must be made in person at the Leasing Office before access will be granted to the unit. Winning bidders will have 72 hours from payment to remove all contents from the storage unit. Units must be left completely empty and in broom clean condition. There is no dumpster onsite for tenant or auction buyer use. All trash, unwanted items, and debris must be removed from the property. Any items left behind may result in additional cleaning and disposal charges and/or forfeiture of the cleaning deposit. Parrott Avenue Storage reserves the right to refuse service, reject bidders, cancel bids, or relist units due to non-payment, failure to comply with facility terms, or failure to complete the clean-out within the required timeframe. Management does not inspect, verify, or guarantee unit contents. Bidders are responsible for reviewing all photos carefully before placing bids.
