Notice: The laws change from State to State however in some states, the defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder.
Additional Terms: Winning bidder must pay the full winning bid and $50 cleaning deposit before receiving access to the unit. Payment by card. Entire contents of the unit must be removed within 48 hours of receiving access. Unit must be left completely empty and broom clean for return of cleaning deposit. Buyer is responsible for removal and disposal of all contents. Pick up / access must be arranged with 1422 Mini Storage. All items are sold as is, where is. Buyer enters the property and removes purchased contents at buyer's own risk. 1422 Mini Storage is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage.
